Jay-Z and Beyonce @ The White House!!
Jay-Z and Beyonce’, her mother Tina and manager Kevin Liles with singer Trey Songz tagging along, was granted a White House tour and a sit-down visit with President Obama on Wednesday.
Just last month Jay-Z made a comment about having never been to the White House. Well last Wednesday (March 4th), just before he was to perform at the Verizon Center, Jay was granted a tour of the White House and was able to bring his lovely wife and mother-in-law as well.
Jay was photographed sitting at the head of the boardroom table where Obama and countless other Presidents strategically signed bills for congress and held many meetings that has affected our nation today.
Jay says that he has been invited to the White House several times but just hadn’t had the time to go. Now that he’s kicked it with the President of the United States, whats next for him?

Lil’ Wayne’s Sentencing Pushed Back Another Week!
While Lil’ Wayne was on a plane to New York on Monday, his attorney was already at the Manhatten courthouse where Wayne was to be hauled off to jail to serve a 1 year sentence for gun possession. Then luck strikes Wayne again! A fire broke out around 10 am in the basement of the courthouse and everyone was evacuated, as reported on HipHopRX.com. Thanks to that fire, Weezy’s sentencing date was postponed once again to Monday March 8th.
This comes after Wayne was scheduled to begin his sentence Feb. 9th but managed to get a few more weeks of freedom to undergo surgery on his teeth and was set to turn himself in on March 2nd and that’s when news of the fire at the courthouse surfaced.
You can rest assure Lil’ Wayne will use this time to continue making music and work to keep his name in the media when he is finally doing his time!

Little Wayne Sentenced on weapons charge
Well it seems to be that time of year where a major face in the rap game appears with a run-in with the law, this time it's Little Wayne. He was sentenced to a weapons charge on Tuesday and may see up to a year behind bars. In addition to that the Grammy Award winner has a trial set for next week in Arizona on a felony drug possession and weapons charges from a January 2008 incident. Yup.. here we go. Shopping, roamin' and of course FOOD. Not going to write to much though. All you gotta know is that Paris is bomb. Hella nice shops. So inspiring spots.. for example COLETTE! Ohmyyyyyyyyyy... I'm not even going to start.. people who know.. they know.. and if you don't!? Get your butt their. Very very nice. Miss Blix was the best guide for real. Much appreciated. We wouldn't be able to get around without you. Hope you liked your gift. Hah. I'm just blabbin' on this post I'm sorry, but I feel so blessed. Surrounded by such a great vibe. Bawsiii for days. Yeah, yeah... I'm not even going to write more.. I'm just too excited.. haha..

OUI OUI! PARIS BOUND! Day 1 part I - Hella Tres Bien!
It was the night before, and I didn't even sleep. All good though, I was pumped up and ready to fly away. Woke up at 4 am after an hour of sleep the "night" before. The four of us, Margrethe, Even, Jaz and Me headed down to the tram to get to the train station that was going to take us to the airport. I thought we were doomed because it was so early, but we did it. It all went smoothly. Everything went smoothly on our way actually. The flight was really nice. I even caught some z's. Nice!Then we finally arrived!!!! BAWS! We even got our luggage in a matter of minutes. No problems whatsoever. Then we were off, got our Metro cards, and took the tram to downtown. Paris is nice. Very beautiful indeed. We got a little bit early before check-in so we roamed the hood and got some grub. Swear, I wish I payed attention more in French class, I ordered some beef stuff that I thought was a steak, but turned out to be some sliced-not-filling-stuff. Hah! But it was good though! I'm not going to hate.
Around 3ish we finally got our rooms, and they were alright. Nothing special, but truly liveable. We didn't stay long before we met up with Ms. Blixxx though... stay tuned for that one. BAWS. And yeah.. my writing is not giving our trip any justice.. I hope the pictures makes it look better... yup.
